Adrian will lean on his entrepreneurial experience to implement lean innovation processes and remove barriers to intrapreneurial success at JDA. His focus will be on reducing the organizational gap between end users of our software and their true needs and the folks developing products, and then to create Early Adopter frameworks that allow us to validate the direction of new product development with customers while leveraging tight iterative feedback cycles. Realizing valuable innovation resulting from integration across the JDA suite and facilitating rapid adoption of emerging technologies will be Adrian’s metrics of success.
