Led Energy & Resources and Business Services sectors globally. Conducted negotiations, performed due diligence, raised financing, negotiated and closed acquisitions within the portfolio and served on Board of Directors, Strategy, Audit, Compliance, Risk, Compensation and Nominating Committees of public and private companies.

    Closed 16 M&A transactions. Conducted valuation analyses and negotiations, performed due diligence, conducted sell-side auctions and rendered fairness opinions for public, private, buy-side, sell-side and cross-borders mergers and acquisitions of technology and industrial companies. Analyzed strategic positioning and capital allocation alternatives for companies in the technology industry.

  • Project Manager - Network Server Division

    1996 - 1998

    Launched three enterprise server products (>$500 million revenue). Recruited and managed an engineering team across multiple locations as well as key technology partners (including Intel, Microsoft and Oracle) to benchmark operating system and application performance for enterprise network servers.
