Mission: taking part in a comprehensive initiative to design the metro of tomorrow (2030) and define solutions to establish and reinforce RATP's global leadership in the automatic metro industry. Involved in the bypass / assessment sprint of the fields of investigation previously defined by STIM: • Introduction to the C-K method developed by the Ecole des Mines de Paris as a tool to help conceptualize disruptive solutions • Exploration and organization audit to identify the main pain points • Conceptualization of innovative / disruptive solutions and their business models, related to organization field and tools • Usability test • Solutions checking with the management • Presentation of the solutions to the RATP Executive Committee
