Venture globally led by Marc Samwer, learnt how to execute with speed and impact. Built and led a multicultural team with focus on sales and operations. Developed sales argumentation, sales process and trained commercial team in sales execution. Foodora was acquired by Delivery Hero in September 2015.

UK National Padel Coach
2008 - 2008
Alvaro was the national coach of the women's team and represented UK in Calgary 2008 World Championship. Helped to develop the UK padel federation with Javier Yelo and president Brian Thomson. Developed a training program at the prestigious Harbour Club in Chelsea, where recruited and trainned members for the UK national team. Padel equipment dealer in UK.
