    Post Series D, I built internal tools and used experimentation to improve unit economics on Global Business Operations team. Improved supply demand matching and significantly reduced juicer charging costs in global markets.

    2018 - 2019

    Post Series C, I was on Core Rider Experience product team, working on international payments, internationalization, first trip activation, and rider fraud. Helped Lime rapidly expand to 100+ markets (the very first markets in LATAM, APAC, Europe, and Middle East) by localizing 3 apps (rider, juicer, ops) into 30+ languages and building features to help Lime grow and capture market share in high priority markets.
