Replica is a data platform for the built environment. We use near real-time data sources and sophisticated modeling to help our customers uncover insights about people, mobility, and the built environment – while maintaining privacy. With Replica, public agencies can make data-driven decisions and create more resilient, equitable, and livable places. I am currently leading the development of Scenario, a new product that will allow public agencies to model future population growth, land use, transportation infrastructure, and behavioral changes in order to simulate their impact on the built environment. With this capability, customers can test more alternatives and develop better plans for sustainable long-term growth.
