I scaled these functions from inception to 50+ employees, managing a team of 13 people. Established, designed and executed strategic planning function, responsibility for all company-wide operating plans and goals. Established a Registered Investment Advisor subsidiary and all required regulatory and compliance operations; served as Chief Compliance Officer. Set up and managed all financial operations, creating and overseeing accounting systems, budgeting efforts, banking relationships, billing systems, AR/AP management, vendor relationships, facilities management and financial reporting Established and ran HR function including development of core values, hiring and onboarding processes, implementation of applicant tracking system, handbook development, new hire bootcamp, learning and development programs.
