With the Australian residential property market worth $7.5 Trillion, BRICKX is disrupting the way property is bought and sold, providing every Australian access to this highly desirable asset class. Through our unique model, investors are finally able to access residential property investments without the barriers which normally preclude them from doing so. BRICKX empowers investors, by providing them with control to manage and diversify their property investments, whilst also providing unrivalled transparency in the financial services sector. The Brick Exchange allows investors to not only buy into Bricks, or enter the property market at a time of their choosing, but also exit by selling their Bricks making property investing more liquid. In 2017, BRICKX raised a $9m Series A investment from a number of high profile VC's including Westpac's Reinventure and NAB Ventures. Team achievements during my tenure as CEO include: - Obtaining retail licence (AFSL) to operate The Brick Exchange and offer it to all Australians - Growth to >12,000 retail investors with over $20m invested on the Platform - Launched into 4 cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Ballarat) - Raised $9m in Series A funding to accelerate business growth, including lead participation from 2 highly regarded Australian fintech specialist VC's - Oversaw team growth from 8 to 23 employees across all areas of the business - Introduction of payment platforms and procedures to operate a high volume transactional business - Development of compliance function including building out compliance team to support regulatory requirements and ultimate application for our own AFSL - Commenced process to become Responsible Entity of the scheme Team awards: Startcon best fintech 2016 Canstar Innovation Excellence 2017 Finnies best Media Campaign 2017 realestate.com REA most innovative co. award 2017 Talent Unleashed awards 2017 Urban Developer innovation award 2018

Founding ActivInstinct in 2008, I jointly led the transformation of the business (formerly Millet Sports) from a predominantly bricks and mortar business, with turnover of £1m, and heavy losses to a business with turnover of £35m in 2014. This was achieved through facilitating an overhaul of all systems and processes and implementing a scalable systems solution and management foundation which would allow the business to grow in multiple directions, including a globalisation initiative. Built and led operational teams to ensure the smooth daily running of the business. This involved daily management and interaction with the development, buying, web asset, finance, marketing, warehouse and customer service teams. With systems and processes designed and built in house to optimise marketing, shipping (45 different methods), efficient stock buying and inventory management and a proprietary repricing system. In addition, I jointly curated and implemented the company growth and international strategy. Achievements include: - Sales growth from £2m in 2008 to £35m in 2014 - Built teams and departments which saw employee growth from 8 to 80 Full Time Employees - International expansion, leading to c.50% of Sales out of UK - Design and launch of new systems, website and branding - Being featured in Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2010 and 2013 - Winner of best online Sports Retailer in 2013 and 2014 - Successful sale to JD Sports Fashion Plc in October 2013
