Worked with Product Managers and Analysts on customer research to generate insights for revenue growth with intuitive UX. Used Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mouseflow, Firebase and other data tools for prototyping and visual design - further managed end-to-end design lifecycle. Keeping the targeted A|B testing at the centre for soft launches - observed, analysed and reverse engineered customer thought process for future iterations to introduce new essential product features. In order to to increase the conversion ratio on the platform - improved customer experience of the website, mobile app and the overall customer journey -by reducing the dropout rates. Subsequently worked with marketing teams on emails, notification and gamification strategies to get back the dropped out users; increasing revenue from existing users with additional acquisition strategies in design domain.
