    In this role, I am responsible for leading the Equitable Operations (People systems, policies, processes & mobility; DEI, Social Impact, and Sustainability) team, and providing strategic guidance for DEI product development and go-to-market operations. Our teams' work in People Experience aims to ensure that the day-to-day transactions and big moments of our employees' journeys are impactful, equitable, and inclusive and that we incorporate social good into the core of the employee journey. Our work ensures that Culture Amp is able to achieve its mission to build a better world of work, starting with the way that we support and engage our own employees.
