The Pangea Network is an international non-profit organization with a mission of empowering women and youth around the world. Operational areas include Kenya, Middle East, and the USA. Hired to help improve operations in micro-lending and empowerment programs, gain an increase in funding, and expand programs working with women and youth in the USA and Kenya. Major accomplishments have been the creation of the Young Women’s Leadership Challenge program for high school girls interested in global issues, entrepreneurship and STEM programs. Over 1000 young women, primarily from underserved communities, have participated in YWLC. Similarly, led planning for 3 large-scale fundraising galas.

Adaptly’s single sign-on experience provides on-demand access to cross-platform campaign data within a single proprietary technology. Users can easily toggle between various ad accounts and platforms for quick insights into their entire paid media budget in real-time.

Led an internal work review and strategic planning initiative with CFO/CEO on how to increase and optimize interactions between international financing and funding institutions for smart-drip irrigation systems.
MIT's Theoretical Physics Laboratory

Studied rare earth elements and their usage in clean energy technologies (i.e. wind, solar, nuclear). Researched the possible limitations the global supply and trade of such rare earth elements could pose on the success of emerging sustainable energy technologies.

Exhibit Designer, Experiment Leader

Researched the potential for the museum's first asteroid exhibit (selected based on expertise in asteroids and observational astronomy). Designated leader of a 3-person team that designed and prototyped the exhibit. Selected to conduct daily chemistry experiments for museum guests and children's groups.

Worked on Virtual Interactive Anatomy integrating software -data collected was used by the spacesuit design team. Leader on an 8-person design team brainstorming and modeling the new Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV).
