Investment Grade Securities/ Telecom, Media, Cable, and Technology ($100M P&L) for Bear Stearns. Witnessed firsthand what happens when a firm does not have a strategy and subsequent alignment or adequate leadership when Bear Stearns imploded in March 2008. Selected as part of the Transition team post the forced sale of Bear Stearns to JP Morgan. Declined further employment with JP Morgan to pursue better opportunities.

Served the last 2 years in the Reserves.

Successfully completed over 12 months of intensive leadership development courses to include the US Army Ranger School. Led two different platoons (P&Ls, 20-40 people each) overseas as well as 2nd in command of a 120 person business unit; each provided an opportunity to test, evolve and practice leadership skills at the tactical level. Deployed to North Africa, Europe and Eastern Europe (Balkans).
