I manage the product portfolio related to asset backed lending, client data, and consignments within the Sotheby's ecosystem. 1) Sotheby's Financial Service - SFS is an asset backed lender focusing on art and collectable assets. I lead and implemented an underwriting & servicing platform change and helped the business build an authoritative system of record. 2) Valuations platform - The valuations platform is central to the core Sotheby's business. We value billions of dollars of items every week. My role is to build the next generation valuations system and re-platform the business. This both increases our consignment rate as well as reduces our operational costs. 3) Asset pricing and routing - I manage the asset pricing and routing tool for the business.
