Joined the company at its founding in 1997. Played key role as member of strategic leadership team throughout thirteen year tenure at the company. Helped the company grow from being an idea in a basement to a public company with more than 1,500 employees and a market value in excess of $1 billion. Spearheaded all of the firm's capital raising activity, including more than $50 million of angel and venture capital investment and more than $20 million of subordinated debt transactions. Led the company's 2007 Initial Public Offering, which the Wall Street Journal named as the year's most successful. Served as the primary executive focused on public market investors for more than two years. Oversaw legal department and administrative functions.
