- Worked with the Managing Director to develop the program plan and relevant curriculum and workshops. - Organized and led 1000+ meetings between founders and mentors during each program. - Owned all year-round logistics, operations, administration, scheduling, budgeting and calendar management for the program. - Planned and executed all remote and in person program events including Techstars Austin Demo Day which has consistently attracted 300+ attendees since I joined.

- Responsible for successfully scaling the Capital Factory Mentor program from 100+ mentors to 250+mentors, a program of successful serial entrepreneurs and investors paying it forward to entrepreneurs in the community, from Austin, TX to Dallas, TX and Houston, TX. - Hired and managed a team of 3 Mentor Coordinators based out of Austin, Houston and Dallas. - Led official programming for SXSW that involved reviewing 100+ mentor and founder applications and ultimately, pairing mentors and founders together for a full weekend of Office Hours. - Oversaw the mentors from Capital Factory Innovation Council companies (e.g. Microsoft, IBM, Cisco and more) to ensure meaningful connections between corporate executives and entrepreneurs.
