Console is an all-in-one community platform designed for growth. Currently, millions of communities are using chat rooms as if they were CRMs. We believe there is a better way for communities to grow, manage, and monetize. What Substack did for writers, Console is doing for communities. The team is led by Chris Castig (2x founder; YC alum) and Sabir Alizada (former tech lead at WhatsApp and Uber).

One Month is an online video learning platform with a simple premise: What if you could learn anything in One Month? Over 120,000 students have taken One Month courses to launch their side hustles, level up their careers, and build things they couldn’t have imagined before. Students have gone on to work at Google, Bloomberg L.P., Facebook, Salesforce, and more. You don’t need years of training to get started—you just need One Month. * Oversaw the acquisition of more than 200,000 paid users, increased site traffic by more than 260% over 10 months using only organic growth techniques, and published a bimonthly email newsletter with 50,000 subscribers that had a consistent open rate of more than 35%. * Employed a series of data analytics tools to monitor product health, including A/B testing (Unbounce, Optimizely), cohort retention (Mixpanel), first response time (ZenDesk), net promoter score (Promoter.io), daily active users (Intercom and Active Campaign), CRM and sales data (tools developed internal using Ruby on Rails), and a data cleaning toolkit (Segment.io).

General Assembly (GA) is a business, technology and design school with campuses in 20 cities and over 35,000 graduates worldwide. During my time at GA I wore many hats, from launching the company’s website, to building an enterprise training program, producing a video podcast series, and teaching dozens of in-person technology and business workshops. * Launched dozens of product experiments that were core to the company's expansion from six to 250 employees (seed to Series B). * Created three multi-million-dollar courses: “Front-End Web Development,” “Software Engineering Immersive,” and the company’s number one best-selling course, “Programming for Non-Programmers.” * Led agile design training workshops for Fortune 500 companies including American Express, NASDAQ, and General Electric.

RISK! is a storytelling podcast “where people tell true stories they never thought they’d dare to share in public.” As a founding member of the team, I co-launched the RISK! Podcast, built the company’s primary source of revenue through partnerships and podcast advertising, and helped grow the show's audience from 10k to 250k episode downloads per month.

* Built digital products, as a full stack engineer, for clients such as Bacardi, The Black Eyed Peas, Toyota, The Four Seasons, American Express, and dozens of other top international brands. * Led persona-discovery workshops, conducted user interviews, researched competitive analysis, and designed wireframes and clickable prototypes.
