    Angels Den is Europe's biggest and most successful angel network. It matches angel investors (High-net-worth individuals looking to invest) with business owners and start-ups looking for business funding. The Tech Club (as the name suggests) specializes in innovative technology ideas, giving selected entrepreneurs the opportunity to present in front of a group of angels who have a specific technology investment focus. Set up the Tech Club, FinTech Club and InsurTech Club focussing on particular verticals and working with partners such as FINTECH Circle and Instech London.

  • Operations Manager

    2007 - 2011

    Implementation of bespoke customer experience management solutions for blue-chip UK clients including Tesco, Carphone Warehouse, Shell and Waitrose. Project specification and management from the inception of the accounts followed by in-life client relationship management once the solutions had been rolled out. Successful project management of the first pan-European Fizzback roll-out (to 8 European markets) for Best Buy Europe. Joined at a very early stage (less than 10 employees) and helped grow Fizzback into an international business with multi-million pound revenues and clients in diverse sectors. In October 2011, Nasdaq-quoted NICE Systems acquired the company for $80m.
