Since my arrival in January 2014, the company has undertaken a brand refresh, opened two new offices and significantly expanded our global reach through partnerships.

Co-founded MetaProp, a real estate tech accelerator that evolved into a $40 million seed stage venture fund focused exclusively on high growth seed-stage startups that are transforming the way we conceive of, construct, transact, manage, utilize, and interact with real property. MetaProp is amongst the most active early stage real estate technology investors. MetaProp's team and strategic seed stage funds have invested in 60+ technology companies across the full real estate value chain that have raised more than $2 billion and employ over 1,500 people globally.

Worked with Sallie Krawcheck to explore the concept for Latticeworks, a company which aimed to redefine how highly skilled people work and allow them to bring their skills to the market on a project basis. With a strategic focus on creating more opportunities for highly skilled women, we explored building a marketplace for skilled work that is independent and project based, as well developing systems to provide key elements of back office support. We chose not to move forward with the concept at the end of 2014.

Change management expert with experience working across industries, including supporting BCG on key internal change initiatives. Select projects included: • Oversaw regional roll-out of BCG's global strategic initiative to improve project management and effectiveness; increased regional program penetration from 25% to 90% of offices in 6 months • Supported a major initiative to define future resourcing strategy across the value chain of an integrated energy company • Provided technical and logistical support to the Central Bank of Ireland during the EU-mandated stress testing of the Irish banking system • Developed revised operating model for consumer goods company facing legal challenge related to their home based sales model
