Led to ~$X.X billion annual run rate incremental revenue for NA Large Client Sales in Q4’12 (up from $0 in Q2’11) • Developed and led key elements of Services & Distribution Solutions sector strategy (e.g. Video sales strategy, Search performance), with tailored analysis and implementation plans for each of five industry verticals covering ~$5B annual revenue • Identified opportunities and provided operational plans to accelerate growth for two US LCS industry verticals (Social & Information and Local Services & Government) with ~$2B billion annual revenue, 17 sales teams, and 115 salespeople; as "Vertical COO" drove quarterly and annual business strategy through quantitative analysis, facilitation of planning process, and writing business plans • Developed framework for aligning and deploying talent for US Large Client Sales reorganization, including resource model based on revenue growth momentum, revenue complexity, and customer coverage, resulting in significant shifting in resources to align with opportunity
