GoodMouth, sold to Boka in early 2016 (www.boka.com), was a subscription-based toothbrush delivery service dedicated to improving health and preventing disease. The service helped combat preventable oral diseases by providing consumers with the right toothbrush at the right time, right to their door. It's not just a healthcare issue. There are over 164 million hours of work squandered every year due to oral health issues. To combat this GoodMouth was available as a corporate benefit for employers to enhance employee wellbeing and reduce absenteeism. GoodMouth also served as a valuable branding tool for dental practices. By delivering toothbrushes and co-branded, personalized health information, GoodMouth engaged patients and drove referrals. GoodMouth also helped to improve America’s dental health through its Giving Goodness program. For every toothbrush purchased the Giving Goodness program donated a toothbrush, or the equivalent in dental care, to someone in need.
