    Manicube [now Red Door At Work] is a mobile provider of beauty services in the U.S., delivering in-office manicure and beauty services to corporate offices across multiple markets. As VP Operations, built the national operations team into a professionalized and readily scalable division of 100+ employees. Identified and realized costs savings through supply chain management and standardization of operational procedures. Led new business development efforts, including design, integration and roll-out of new services, resulting in significant revenue growth. Responsible for a national operations team of over 100 part-time and full-time employees across 4 markets. Drove strategic decision-making and prioritization of company initiatives as part of the Executive Team.

    Mudderella is a 5-7 mile muddy obstacle course event series for women. The event was started in 2013 and is based in the U.S. with operations in the UK and Canada. Led the creation of the brand and event series from inception to scale as the brand's CEO. Responsible for the day-to-day management of all marketing, sales, sponsorship & partnerships, PR and operations functions, including the event production and all associated financial, accounting and legal work.

    Built Strategy and New Event Development departments from the ground up. Led the development and successful scale of a new brand and event concept, Mudderella, a 5-7 mile obstacle mud run series for women. Managed Tough Mudder's initial expansion efforts into the UK, Germany and Australia markets. Responsible for 5 departments and 20+ employees over the course of my tenure at Tough Mudder and Mudderella.

Case work included M&A, growth strategy, sales force effectiveness, organizational strategy & redesign and business unit optimization. Experience in the private equity, consumer products, utilities, technology and media sectors.
