    OpenGov develops software to visualize, analyze, and share government financial data. As CEO, I designed the company's business plan and recruited the core team of engineers, designers, and sales folks to make the vision a reality. I directed product development and launched our first product in partnership with a cohort of beta partners. I laid the groundwork for a sales pipeline of hundreds of governments. To pay for this rapid growth, I secured millions of dollars of angel investment and venture capital.

Developed world class network of supporters including high net-worth donors and a broad coalition of big name former political leaders.

    2010 - 2011

    Completed independent summer research project in the field of astrophysics resulting in 20-page report, powerpoint presentation to faculty and poster presentation to department on weak gravitational lensing. Research was used as background analysis for later cosmic shear studies at Stanford.
