    Developed an ecosystem of Software product companies in UK/ Europe and evangelised business transformation, creating Product IP and custodial services of IP developed exploiting round-the-clock product development through multi-location, multple time-zone operations that were setup. Managed the P&L (250 virtual employees) for the newly carved out business unit which served as the extension of the R&D and Software product engineering capability of clients. Awarded the ‘Win-Win’ award in 2007 for excellence and over-achievement of business units goals by implementing a mix of pricing and margin improvement initiatives.

    Member of the start-up team that establish the offshore Recruitment Division for Ness in India. Developed systems, structures, people and processes to recruit over 750 resources to be deployed to client projects in 6 countries - UK, US, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada & Australia.

    1998 - 1999

    Established a greenfield division, Overseas Research Services Center (ORSC) for TNS India to study the consumer behaviour and develop tracker products on behalf of clients in UK, US and Asia. This was a pioneering effort in the BPO industry and the institutionalized processes served as platform for future growth for TNS India.

  • Senior Manager - Speciality Chemicals Business Unit

    1996 - 1998

    Key Leader of the Speciality Chemicals Group that led and turned around the business unit and generated US$ 1 Million in profits within one and half years from level of negative contribution. Developed the business case and executed transfer of the factory operations to a Tax Holiday zone which contributed to long term sustainability of the business.
