The Consulate advises and assists in a number of areas; consular, commercial, investment, cultural, policy and press. ► Shared responsibility for budgets, reporting and staff; implemented initiatives which helped the Consulate reach its budget targets ► Executed several large quantitative analyses on US trade barriers and commercial opportunities, thus impacting the official Danish government position on the current free trade discussions between the US and the EU ► Initiated and spearheaded the use of social media in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark – the Trade Council, and provided content on our organization’s social media channels globally and locally, creating thousands of followers ► Helped recruit, train, manage and develop several teams of 3-4 interns, which contributed to creating decisive value for our stakeholders

The Consulate advises and assists in a number of areas; consular, commercial, investment, cultural, policy and press. ► Assisted 100+ Danish companies to export to, or establish on, the US market (focus on the tech industry), creating measurably higher Danish exports, resulting in more jobs and tax revenue in Denmark ► Planned, executed and participated in 15+ meeting programs for visiting Danish delegations; the Royal family, ministers of government, parliamentarians, municipalities, companies and other organizations, and as a result strengthened the political, cultural and commercial ties between Denmark and the US ► Assisted the Danish Permanent Mission to the United Nations on an ad hoc basis with e.g. covering meetings and writing reports ► Coordinated the efforts of a global group of 20+ colleagues to help Danish tech companies succeed internationally

The Embassy advises and assists in a number of areas; consular, commercial, investment, cultural, policy and press. ► Assisted 200+ Danish companies with exporting to, or establishing on, the Swedish market (focus on the tech industry, as well as Health, FMCG and Services), creating measurably higher Danish exports, resulting in more jobs and tax revenue in Denmark ► Executed several successful public diplomacy / public affairs projects, e.g. with the Danish wind energy industry and the Swedish Ministry of Defense, consequently enabling an substantial expansion of wind energy production in Sweden ► Reinforced the Embassy Political Section on an ad hoc basis with covering multilateral meetings, investigating issues, and reporting to the Ministry in Copenhagen, thus having a direct influence on Danish government policy on a range of international issues ► Successfully trained and managed several teams of 3-4 interns each, enabling the Embassy to do more with the same resources
