At GreyMatter, our goal is to support entrepreneurs who are taking on these challenges head first, and looking to build the most ambitious companies in mental health.     Part of the core founding team of a de novo business focused on transforming behavioral health care delivery that worked with dozens of emerging mental health startups to create better experiences for our members, enabling them to find the right, evidence-based care at the right time. Responsible for: - Leading the integration of Genoa Telepsychiatry into Optum Behavioral Health - Developed the foundational operational and technology strategies for a combined OBC & Genoa business - Driving organizational alignment within the various Optum behavioral health businesses - Attracted engineering talent to work in a startup-like environment inside a large enterprise - Continued to drive growth at Genoa Telepsychiatry through technology innovation and acceleration of customer adoption targeting 80% YoY growth

    A subsidiary of Genoa Healthcare at the time, Genoa Telepsychiatry continued to serve Community Mental Health Centers, by providing a comprehensive, integrated telepsychiatry solution. Our business involved not only finding and placing the best psychiatrists and nurse practitioners who were the right fit for the patients at these centers, but also developing the technology, workflows and processes to make remote care successful. Responsible for: - Operating an innovative telepsychiatry business, backed by Advent to deliver consistent growth and achieve fiscal targets set by the board - Driving the business to 25X growth over 4 years - Leading the integration of startup 1DocWay into Genoa Healthcare to establish one of the fastest growing business divisions for the company - Scaling the Product & Engineering teams, building out on-shore and off-shore teams in New York, Mexico, India and Nigeria - Shipping multiple products and services including a Telemedicine platform, a psychiatry marketplace, and various Line of Business (LoB) applications - Leading the marketing strategy for Genoa Telepsychiatry and built the core digital marketing infrastructure and capabilities a brand revamp

    CTO & Co-Founder at one of the first Telepsychiatry companies to scale. We help clinics that treat behavioral health patients but don't have enough provider capacity by finding them the right providers and equipping them with a purpose built telepsychiatry platform to facilitate remote care delivery. Bootstrapped the business at a time when telemedicine and mental health were both novel and quite early. Developed a care model, serving medicaid patients who did not have access to smartphones, devices or data at the time to access care via telemedicine rooms and kiosks at local clinics. Responsible for: - Setting the product and technology vision for the 1DocWay telepsychiatry platform - Leading the engineering and development of the telepsychiatry portal - Delivering internal tools that facilitate and accelerate the acquisition of clinics and physicians - Delivering Direct-to-consumer telepsychiatry solutions to Payors through developing business partnerships, designing product solutions and leading engineering efforts - Building team and organizational culture and pushing the bar for organizational excellence
