As one of the first Product Managers at the company helped grow the B2B product into a cross-platform salon management / POS system used by tens of thousands of hair and beauty businesses across Europe. Lead multiple product teams through multiple high impact projects while contributing to company OKRs, including: - Appointment booking platform - CRM tools - Signup and onboarding experience - Mobile Point of Sale (incl. GoBD certification in DE) - Platforms: iOS and Android apps + Web Developed the product suite from user research, inception and business validation to delivery. Salonium was one of the first SaaS salon software solutions designed for running beauty and hair salons, spas, dental clinics, etc. Conceived and built in Lithuania, the main target market was the UK. Salonium was acquired by Wahanda (now Treatwell) during a successful business growth phase. Salonium has evolved into Treatwell's own B2B platform called Treatwell Connect.

Hosting Business Line Manager

Lead a client support team that achieved 97% customer satisfaction rate with 10k+ customer base and maintained a 750+ server environment with four-nines availability. Set hosting business goals and budgeting in cooperation with team of company managers. Drove business line sales and marketing activities, was responsible for sales plan execution. Integrated several different platforms and customer bases. Developed product roadmap in close cooperation with technical team. Recruited and coached team members. Participated in company-wide decision making.

IT manager at a leading TV station in Lithuania. Managed all computer-based processes and workflows of a 4 channel TV production and broadcast center - including business process automation and digital broadcast workflows.
