I help these teams bridge the gap between technical viability and commercial scalability and assist in the transition from being an X project to an independent business.

    Ran online, mobile, video on demand, and ad network businesses: • Launched and built the 1st ad network at Viacom - focused on urban audiences with over 300 publishers and 20 million urban viewers. • Constructed social organization around phenomenon of Twitter - BET Awards 2009 were the first event to capture all 10 twitter trends simultaneously; a feat that was repeated in 2010 and 2011. • Provided both greenlight and funding for web series with former Fresh Prince star Tatyana Ali that received critical acclaim and several awards including a Webby nomination in 2009. • Built a mobile app for music TV show 106 & Park which enhanced the TV viewing experience while providing additional features independent of the show; it received high praise from users, partners and even our colleagues at Apple for "redefining the power of a social TV app". • Managed BET.com to the highest revenue and traffic months in division history, and set new traffic records every year.

    Responsible for leading Operations for the Global Digital Media Division as well as Post Merger Integration across Viacom Media Networks and properties; ran ecommerce P&L; drove search strategy and managed search relationships; convened and oversaw digital marketing group to collect, create and drive best practices; and oversaw budgeting across Viacom digital properties.
