The team was responsible for defining Uber's Competitive Strategy, coordinating and implementing strategic projects, gathering and processing market intelligence, and reporting to the Leadership Team of key insights and metrics. The team had a broad scope and comprised functions like pricing, incentives, product, marketing, public policy, safety and several others.
