As a strategic advisor to the C-Suite & Business Unit Presidents, she executes on strategy to access digital innovation outside of the corporation to accelerate revenues. Dina and her team have deployed $100M of Stanley’s capital into 42 innovative early-stage companies, and her efforts have resulted in 13 new digital solutions brought to market. Her current focus areas include manufacturing automation, artificial intelligence, internet of things, electrification, advanced materials, autonomy, additive manufacturing, robotics, and sustainability.

    Dina was Director, Corporate Development at Autodesk, Inc., a Fortune 1000 multinational provider of software products & services for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. In that role, Dina executed over $135 million in acquisitions, seven of which were cross-border transactions.

    1999 - 2011

    Dina spent 12 years as Vice President at MassVentures, an impact venture capital fund focused on fueling the Massachusetts innovation economy by investing in high-growth companies within that state. Dina sourced and evaluated early-stage technology investments while building an extensive network of venture capital and angel investors and successful founders. In 2011, Dina was recognized by the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (“MITX”) as the People’s Choice VC of the year in Boston. Primary activities included: making equity investments and exiting them at positive IRRs; negotiating and closing terms of investments; holding board seats and providing direction and strategic advice to management teams; managing portfolio companies by recommending financing & operating strategies, introducing senior management & board candidates, providing feedback regarding performance, and collaborating with co-investors regarding exit strategies; and, sourcing new investment opportunities through public speaking engagements and networking.
