During conference: - Oversee the teaching/coordination of our workshops and leadership simulation exercises, chaperoning/leading field trips, coordinate social events, and handling program logistics. - Manage the program’s staff and facilitate nightly meetings. - Work and coordinate with multiple parties. - Assist in operations of the program.
