From 2017 to 2020, I have achieved a 360° transformation of vision, strategy, business model, product ranges, go to market, organizations, culture,… Turned the business fully digital (stopped the print activity) leveraging a very resilient SAAS like subscription model; revamped and simplified the product portfolio across 3 lines of digital services including Presence, Web Sites and Digital Advertising; hired a very talented and united leadership team mobilizing and developing the 2500 employees; returned the Ebitda back to growth after a decade of decline; managed a deep organization restructuring to significantly reduce cost and enable agility; as a result of Covid sanitary crisis drove a financial restructuring enabling debt reduction.

In this role, I lead sales, marketing and services for Microsoft in France -- a business which grew double digits annually. I managed 1400 employees, and was proud to see Microsoft France win the prestigious "Best Place to Work" in France for many years and to see all time high scores in customer and partner satisfaction during my tenure. In this role I also led the deal to establish a public-private partnership with INRIA for research and development.

In this role, I led a team of 200 sales, marketing and operations people working with Microsoft's large enterprise accounts in France. I was responsible for customer segment strategy and execution, and had a particular focus on Public Sector to positively reinforce and promote Microsoft's image in France as a positive contributor to the local economy.

From 1999 - 2001, I was the Director of Sales. In this role I led product and services sales in France, including direct and through partner businesses. I built and led a team of 350 people. From 1997 - 1999, I was the Director of Marketing & ECommerce. In this role I developed Compaq's France marketing strategy and managed a $30M budget for local advertising strategy, campaigns and agency. I lead of team of 40 marketing managers running local programs including sponsorships, and started Compaq France's Ecommerce marketplace.
