I am working with the talented team at Ebb Software and we are working Scorn, which is an Atmospheric Horror Adventure Game. Scorn has raised the bar for visual quality in horror games and is pushing Epic's Unreal Engine 4 to its limits. The Ebb Software team has a unique vision and an uncompromising dedication to creating a brand new game experience. Scorn is funded by Kowloon Nights and we are excited to work with them and will bring this new experience to a world wide audience.

Neon Giant is a video game development studio based in Sweden. We announced earlier in 2018 that we partnered with Goodbye Kansas Invest and Sisu. I also guide the team in setting big picture goals, create a solid business case for the business, help with recruiting, support with production and schedule related tasks and function as an overall safety-net for the founders.

Shapefarm has worked on some amazing games over the past 8 years and has a successful track-record as a support studio for some of the industry's best development teams. My role as Chairman is to help the Shapefarm team make the transition from support studio to lead studio and we are working on an exciting new IP. I am helping the team set up their production philosophy to maximize their ability to innovate and execute against a crystal clear vision for their new title.

2K Czech supported Hangar 13 and 2K Games in shipping the third installment in the popular Mafia series. I work for an exceptional team of game development professionals and many of them has been with 2K Czech for 10-15+ years. In addition to our experienced team members, we regularly recruit talent with little or no experience - as long as they have an abundance of talent and passion for making great games. My job is simply to help make 2K Czech a great place to work, remove any obstacles I can for my team and encourage the people in the studio to stay committed to continuous improvement.

During my time at Disney we developed the Android version of Where's My Water and iOS version of Pirates of the Caribbean. I learned a lot about shipping mobile games that reached number 1 on the AppStore during my short tenure with Disney and the people I worked with in Prague were amazing!

People Can Fly is based in Warsaw, Poland and is a studio in the Epic Games family. Our game Bulletstorm is published by EA Partners. I have been in the industry for 20 years and has experience in running studios in Europe as well as the US. I was the Founder & CEO of FunCom and Managing Director at Looking Glass Studios when we shipped System Shock 2 and the Thief series.
