    Leading a performance marketing and revenue/monetization team focused on Small and Medium Business Advertiser onboarding, revenue growth, retention and engagement for millions of active advertisers globally across Facebook and Instagram.     2017 - 2019

    Led the user acquisition/performance marketing team for the Yelp consumer app (38M MAU) and Eat24 (sold to GrubHub), managing $XXM annual spend at ROI++. Also worked on SMB Acquisition acquiring new advertisers. Key wins in building an incrementality testing framework across new and existing channels, implementing attribution methodology, Creative Optimization, Targeting, Audience Expansion, LTV>>CPI, Post-install event optimization and product partnerships.

    Led the global User Acquisition & Growth team at GSN Games focused on new user growth for the top grossing game publisher supporting five game studios. GSN Games was sold to Scopely for $1B in 2021. This included managing a $50M/annual budget across Mobile, Display Video, Social, Search, Programmatic, Offline + TV, Organic/ASO and more. We spend ROI++ and track every dollar spent to ROI goals. In addition to paid and non-paid UA, focused on cross-promotion, re-targeting/re-engagement, mobile partnerships, platform relations and more. GSN Games has consistently delivered mobile gaming hits including chart toppers GSN Casino, Bingo Bash, and Solitaire Tripeaks. GSN Casino and Bingo Bash were featured in Apple's Top 10 Grossing iPad Apps of 2013, 2014 and 2015. 500+ employees in 9 offices globally.
