    • Collaborated in the establishment of Sexenio Comunicaciones (SC), a national media company, which operates in a dozen of states, and is now one of the most important companies in the digital media in Mexico. • Devised the marketing, financial, and legal strategy to venture into more than a dozen of states by assembling a team of journalists, editors, and reporters, to compete in the local news market in every state the company ventured in.

    • Managed international activities in which the Governor was involved including: World Economic Forum, Border Governors Conference, World Regions Forum, and diplomatic, economic & commercial missions to other countries. • Coordinated the Governors international agenda and the thematic content of high rank reunions with a variety of diplomatic and international figures such as the Ambassadors of United States, Spain, European Union, and other personalities such as Tony Blair, and Deputy Secretary from US Department of State, and James Steinberg.
