    In 2023, Ogaia® (2019-2022) becomes Gaia Partners® and continues its development as an "energethic" (energy-ethic) engineering consultancy firm. We work alongside organizations and communities wishing to make a commitment to improving the energy performance of their infrastructures: reduction in consumptions, energy management optimization, production and storage of green energy, valuation of waste energy and waste-to-energy solutions. We are also looking to operate in Southeast Asia, in order to transform landfills, illegal dumps and all types of waste into valuable energy. By combining economic theory, data science, technology and data management, we co-define strategies and operational methods with our customers to achieve powerful results. Our tailor-made support ranges from holistic strategic recommendations to the deployment of your data pipeline. As 2nd shareholder (with my business partner through Ogaia) : - we acted as development director (including sales, recruitment and partnerships’ management) - in charge of the creation and deployment of the Experts service offering (provision of consultants on IT services company-type management/business models) - and in charge of setting up synergies between sustainable development (Ogaia) and data science (Veltys) >>> Recruitment of a marketing director, a talent manager and a business manager. In 2 years, the firm has grown from 25 to 50 FTEs and has doubled its sales.

    - Launch and development of the Yezz cell phone brand in EMEA area (with then a focus on MENA and SSA). - Cross-functional management of logistics, marketing, finance, legal and quality teams, as well as 2 sales representatives and 4 local agents to ensure the distribution of our products. - Definition and execution of sales strategy and Go To Market plans, prospecting for opportunities, negotiating orders and contracts, responding to RFP and RFQ from mobile operators. - Drawing up budgets, reports and sales analyses for the entire Yezz Export business unit. >>> Opened 12 countries, 10 distributors and 5 operators for sales of €10m+ achieved in the 2015-2016 financial year.

    - Management of one technician and two call centers (of thirty agents each) based in Mauritius. - Setting up marketing solutions for both customer acquisition and customer retention. - Negotiations with providers: cut 50% from budget within six months, saving 600k€/year while maintaining return rates and service quality. - Operation of customer databases (MySQL), design of sales pitches, call scripts, SMS. Creation and analysis of performance indicators (Business Objects, Excel). - Launch Internity on social networks (Facebook page from 0 to 30,000 fans, Twitter account from 0 to 1,000 followers), listing of all Internity stores on Foursquare and Google Places.
