My goals: 1. Ensure the vibe is right. It's only worth it for me if the team is engaged, learning, growing their career, and excited about what's next. We keep the culture fun and innovative by hiring great humans (not just great talent), and landing interesting clients that treat our people with respect. 2. Be the best commerce weapon for mid-large sized merchants. When our clients enjoy a strong ROI on their relationship with mediaspa, they can't afford to leave us. We're constantly refining our service offering and growing our talent to make sure this is the case.

    Lead the strategy, finance, and operations required to support the dramatic growth coming from the US digital music business at EMI Music Marketing. Responsible for: - Forecasting the US digital budget, and reporting directly to the global CFO - Establishing a methodology to reliably bring digital products to market with our partners at Apple and Amazon - Analyzing digital sales, through evaluation of promotion performance, seasonality, and GTM strategy

    Worked with late stage venture backed companies in the digital / technology space to raise pre-IPO financing. I may have blown a bit too much into the internet bubble... Learned how to evaluate credit, management teams, and market opportunities. I also managed my first team, an impressive group of intelligent, hard-working analysts.
