An easy-to-use software solution for the child and adult care food program (CACFP), KidKare’s software performs 200+ checks on every meal claimed, enabling less time spent filing claims and more time caring for kids. • Lead the development and execution of KidKare’s strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability goals set by Alpine SG and the board of directors. Manage a team of 25 to double annual revenue growth in 2nd year. • Expanded annual recurring revenue by 25% in the first 9 months as CEO. Re-contracted all customers and revamped pricing, while maintaining a 90%+ account retention rate. • Streamlined processes and reduced costs, created new CRM and Marketing teams, and accelerated KidKare’s sales and marketing velocity.

    Co-founded the leading auto loan origination solution and grew it to a $100M+ enterprise value from inception to exit. Served on the Board through a merger that created the largest player in auto lending software. • Expanded company operations with projections to deliver YoY revenue growth targets of more than 25% for FY 2018. Maintained an organizational focus on the developing sustainable processes, increased sales and marketing efforts. • Worked with the auto industry’s leading companies, encompassing a portfolio of more than 100 clients. Directly managed a relationship with a top-3 auto lender that represented the largest prospect in the company’s history. • Expanded marketing teams from 3 to 10 personnel, to maximize lead generation, SEO, and branding initiatives. Transformed the enterprise sales organization from 2 reps to a fully scaled team with 13+ members, effectively supporting the requirements of the top 20 largest auto lenders and 2,500 banks and finance companies. • Served as Board Member through the 2018 merger with Sagent Lending Technologies (formerly Fiserv Lending Solutions), the industry’s largest loan software provider.

    • Led client services and technical functions to support 100% annual growth and ensure defi SOLUTIONS was capable of serving the rapidly expanding client base. • Managed 4 direct reports, a full team of 65, and more than 30 technical development personnel. Integrated a pure Scrum/Agile framework to facilitate technology delivery and ensure ownership for product development. This approach tripled the productivity of each scrum team. • Expanded the client services team and automated and standardized processes to rapidly onboard clients. Reduced the time to value from 90+ to 45 days, and improved client Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from 50 to 65+. • Maintained a core focus on enhancing the company’s IT security and infrastructure, ensuring the correct footing to capture business with the industry’s top 5 lenders. Added a CIO to invest and build out the security function. • Guided the development of an Amazon Web Services (AWS) based microservices architecture to accelerate long-term product development. This strategy provides limitless scalability to meet top volumes, reduces risk in the growth and change of features, and decreases hosting costs by 15%.

    • Led the full P&L, created financial functions to support rapid growth, and established sustainable accounting processes. Conducted multiple capital raises to secure over 15M in growth capital. • Managed team and vendor relationships with ADP and Grant Thornton to carry out HR benefits, payroll, and audit preparation functions. Filled key positions including a PEO, VP of Finance, and Controller. • Completed the acquisition of OpenRule Systems in 2015 and achieved 100% YoY revenue growth. Led effort to identify the company for acquisition, conduct due diligence, and head integration efforts with the client team.

    • Led onboarding activities with 3 major accounts, including the company’s top client. This represented a critical moment in the company’s history and established our reputation within the industry. • Managed a cross-functional team. Hired and developed the back office team and led technical resources to develop new features and capabilities for clients. • Directed technical resources to complete client enhancements to the core system. Went live in 30 days with the first two clients, and completed the 2 major enhancements with the third in just 120 days.

    A nationwide leader in specialty auto finance, Exeter Finance serves vehicle owners, auto dealers, and investors with personalized service and a focus on delivering true value. • Built Exeter’s subprime marketing team and expanded the sales channel to deliver 600% growth by year two. Transformed the company’s marketing presence and established a foundation of technology and processes that generated over $100M in originations in year-one. • Developed and executed an alliance strategy that resulted in agreements with 3 of the top industry lenders.
