I met Lemon as an investor and decided to join the founders in the launch of Brazil as its first hire in the country. There, I was responsible for continuously setting & evaluating Lemon’s go-to-market strategy side by side with the founders in our quest for Product-Market-Fit. Key achievements/responsibilites include: ➤ Growing our user base from 0 to 100k users ➤ Constantly iterating our growth strategy and channels, achieving sustainable CACs of $2 and $2.8 on TikTok and Facebook, respectively. ➤ Creating and taking our community from 0 to 5k members, where we were able to collect valuable product/strategy insights and deploy efficient MGM strategies. ➤ Hiring and managing the local team & operations ➤ Constant data analysis to help craft Lemon Brazil's product, marketing/communication, and go-to-market strategy.
