    Mighty is an early-stage legal tech company that is helping ordinary people get a better deal from the justice system. By applying data science and ML to decades of rich case records, Mighty is changing the way we access and finance civil law. Led Product Management and Operations, and in the process built-up our data science and ML capabilities to predict the timing and settlement outcomes of lawsuits. With our underlying models and technology, we successfully raised over $100M to help plaintiffs secure faster and larger settlements from insurers and offenders.

    Axial is an online platform helping private companies connect with advisors, investors, and acquirers. I was Axial’s first VP of Product responsible for the roadmap, and recruiting, training, and scaling a team of technologists and designers. Our products helped Axial achieve 100%+ top-line revenue growth for 3 consecutive years and close 2 successful capital raises from top-tier venture firms. Additionally: • Built our data science team comprised of data engineers and data scientists, to better understand customer behaviors and success factors on the Axial platform • Led and re-structured the Customer Success team, responsible for retaining customer and growing accounts

    Viggle was an award winning mobile and web-based entertainment platform that connected digital devices with tradition media such as TV, movies, games, and music. Our goal was to incentivize entertainment consumption by augmenting media with real-time content, viewer connectedness, and rewards. As Director of Product, I led feature definition and launch of our mobile rewards platform, and partnership integrations.

    Connectively was a mobile promotions platform for local and multi-store retailers. Our goal was to help small businesses drive foot traffic through location-based and on-prem promotions delivered within a customizable mobile experience.

Accomplishments as Product Director and PM: •Spec’d, managed development of, and launched company’s first mobile application •Oversaw content creation platform that enabled thought leaders to promote their expertise through written articles. 2x authorship and content for 2 consecutive years •Helped to extend GLG’s expert platform to allow professionals to manage consulting engagements online, and self-serve new and recommended opportunities •Assisted EVP of Product and Marketing with annual budgeting process and board reviews
