    Caavo is a venture-backed hardware startup that is re-thinking the way we interact with our home-entertainment systems • Worked across a variety of functions, including Operations, Logistics, and Customer Experience • Lead development of product knowledgebase and training materials for team of over 20 customer support representatives • Negotiated service contracts with Customer Support as well as Logistics providers. Analysis against competition and projected service levels resulted in 30% reduction from proposed expenses

    • As part of the seed-stage start-up team for a payment processor in the rent vertical, grew business from 0 to 1000 clients in six months and sold business at the end of 2014 • Developed sales strategy and actively managed all aspects of the business from product development to identification of channels for growth, leading to over $1mm in monthly volume within the first year • Built property verification and client onboarding automation system, allowing RentShare to scale volume by several multiples with no added employees
