Implemented the Clinical Whole exome sequencing pipeline which included scripting, testing and validation. Currently manage and update the exome workflow. Working with development team on various projects to improve NGS capture methods including flagging pseudogenes and deciding on thresholds/parameters for scripts. Performing regular operations including running filtration queries for geneticists and certain routine tasks. Support Research projects including analysis of RNA-seq , small RNA, microarray and Chip-seq including visualizations (heatmaps, plots etc) and pathway analysis for some projects.
