    - Developed IPO valuation models (comps and DCF), including for the largest IPO in Vietnam which raised c.$500m at a $2.5bn valuation - Analysed the credit risks of a $150m private placement of a leading Vietnamese FMCG company - Found a buyer, by cold calling, for a $10m cross-border acquisition of a cosmetics company initially only valued at $5m - Worked with investors in Viet Capital's own IPO, which raised c.$30m, on Share Purchase Agreements - Devised information memorandums for the 10 biggest industry leaders in Southeast Asia - Coordinated with a team to devise and deliver an IPO pitchbook of a leading retail group set to become the next all-time high IPO in Vietnam
