Influencer Marketing & Demand Generation
2015 - 2017
Spearheaded the creation of our influencer channel. Purpose is to promote brand awareness, build partnerships, and generate co-branded, co-promoted content with other companies in the space to drive sales. Reach out to executives - Directors, VPs, C-Level, at companies in our space like Zuora, WalkMe, Zendesk, Influitive, ServiceRocket, Gainsight, etc - and get them to commit to a thought leadership interview with our CEO. I build out the campaigns, coordinate the co-promotion efforts between MindTouch and the influencer’s marketing team, run the webinars, and create more partnership & lead generation opportunities.
Growth / Marketing Program Manager
2014 - 2015
MindTouch is a SaaS, B2B customer success software that is used by top companies like Zenefits, MakerBot, Paypal, Accenture, Docker, Optimizely, and more. The startup just raised ~12 million. I was the only marketer at the company for awhile, so I got to wear a lot of hats. I hired and led top-performing team. Created new lead generation opportunities, lead our corporate rebrand, and managed our new website build. Controlled marketing department budget and coordinated the efforts of multiple internal departments. Overview: > Managed demand gen. Coordinated campaigns across multiple channels. Built highly targeted programs in Marketo to feed leads seamlessly through Salesforce. Worked to increase sales opportunities and increase product usage. Worked with the heads of the sales and customer success divisions to identify targeted campaign audiences and determine how to best deploy chosen content to engage with different segments. Generated performance analytics reports & dashboards for all digital marketing avenues used and communicate results directly to CEO / COO / and other managers for feedback and improvement. Constantly iterated, improved, and experimented. > Managed our PR team + helped improve our Analyst Relations (Forrester & Gartner). Wrote press releases, captured customer stories, ran our events, product go-to-market strategies, and managed our social media promotion.

Monitored social trends and contribute ideas to brainstorms. Performed campaign analysis and advised on measures of success. Coordinated w/ contractors to improve our SEO and SEM performance. Founder
2010 - 2012
Created an iPhone app while I was still in college. Worked with developers from China, India, and the Philippines. Managed and coordinated this multi-national team's efforts through every single iteration of this app until it was ready for release in the Apple App Store. The app worked by pairing audio recordings w/ images to ensure time-linked note-taking (ex: you audio record your tutor, take snapshots of the notes that he's writing, then after the session you can click on the image snapshots and it'll jump back to whatever he was saying when you took that picture). Published in Gizmodo, Mashable, TUAW, Lifehacker, etc. Broke even and was profitable after only ~3 weeks.
