    Assistant Rénov is a subsidiary of Effy, France’s home energy renovation leader. Self-funded since its creation, Effy closed a 20M€ Series A in 2023 with London-based VC Felix Capital. Assistant Rénov focuses on the market of in-depth renovation works which - since January 2024 - is benefitting from a very supportive public-funding policy in France. As the company’s Head of Ops, I’m in charge of : - Hiring and managing internal and external teams (sales, account management, customer service, IT, accounting). - Setting up tools and processes used company-wide. - Tracking and improving the performance of these teams, tools, and processes. I’m also currently acting as interim CEO, overseeing strategy, legal, and finance topics in addition to the Head of Ops missions mentioned above.

    Ukio is a PropTech startup renovating, furnishing and renting premium apartments for medium-term stays (1 to 12 months). Ukio operates 600+ flats across 5 cities and raised €40M in funding from top-tier European VC funds such as Felix Capital, Partech, Breega or Heartcore. As Ukio’s 1st employee in France, I oversaw the company’s launch in Paris. My main missions consisted in : - Setting up the company’s admin and financial stack - Building a network of providers (construction, utilities, logistics, cleaning) - Hiring and managing the Project Ops (works) and the Guest Ops (customer support) teams
