• Spearheaded a $17.5M migration and implementation program (migrating from Nextance to Selectica) working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver a global contract management system for 5000+ users. • Led executive steering committee meetings with senior leadership across the org, including VP of Product, VP of Engineering, and the CIO on a weekly and monthly basis to discuss program status, identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks, and drive executive alignment on key initiatives. • Steered strategic alignment with program milestones, set agendas among cross-functional leaders, and translating strategic discussions to actionable next steps.
