Three major accomplishments: 1. Created video game industry overview and recommended strategy, delivered to CEO and executive team 2. Performed due diligence and successful negotiations for purchase of a genealogy software company 3. Performaned due diligence and preliminary negotiations for acquisition of a Tier 1 video game publisher (public company)
