2022 - Current
Serving as an executive for corporate strategy and C level management support. Developed and implemented new KPI management system and quantitative performance evaluation system, contributing to the enhancement of operational visibility. Current R&R includes monitoring business/service performance, identifying and analyzing management issues across the company, mobilizing and coordinating cross-functional/vertical units to address business challenges, and acting as a PMO to ensure that top-level initiatives are successfully implemented and sustained.

2020 - 2022
Oversaw portfolio company management for the special situations group within Bain Capital Credit Seoul. Set-up and led strategic initiatives to improve/turnaround financial performance and to enhance the governance structure of the portfolio company, and led the exit strategy for the firm. Led post closing assessment, blueprinting and issue resolution with other stakeholders, restructured C level management team, drove active cost/cash flow management initiatives with the management, and also led the overall process for the sale of overseas subsidiary at $350M+, which was the pivotal linchpin of the exit strategy.

Worked as CSO for a prop-tech startup, leading platform-side (vs. deal-side) operations including marketing, customer service, and the fund transfer system, as well as core strategic functions such as OKR management, cross-functional problem solving, strategic alliance, public relations, and raising funds. Successfully led the closing of series B funding round of 22B KRW, and strategic fund/BW investment from a leading global IB of 50B KRW+, and contributed to the expansion of the accumulated loan origination by 5 times in 3 years.

Founding member of TMT ring-fence (sector-dedicated team) in the Seoul office; led multiple consulting projects for a variety of tech enterprises ranging from semiconductor to IT infra/Telco, and IT service companies, covering diverse topics such as new business development, turnaround, full potential strategy, and M&A/PMI.
