The Executive Council is Abu Dhabi's cabinet body of government and board for "Abu Dhabi Inc" (i.e. $200Bn+ portfolio of state owned enterprises). I led engagements & teams across two areas: Strategy & Policy Consulting - cabinet decision support, strategic planning, policy development, budgetary efficiency, organizational development, and business process reengineering. I covered verticals/sectors including Energy, Urban Planning, Tourism, Employment, the Environment, Education, etc.. State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Management - portfolio strategy, corporate governance, financial analysis & reporting. I led and completed projects across SOEs including Etihad Airways, Senaat, Abu Dhabi Airports Company, and Mubadala.
