Kayco, a leading specialty food family owned business with over a hundred brands and thousands of food items. Second to none market presence in the kosher market, estimated as more than half of the market share in addition to significant growth out of the kosher market. As President, I successfully led the business transformation of a group of companies with a combined gross top line of hundreds of millions of dollars employing hundreds of employees to its next level by planning and executing the mergers and acquisitions of the different business units. Developing world class infrastructure, unique sourcing, product development and marketing capabilities beyond the kosher market with various global partners. To enable successful continued growth, led the design and implementation of a national supply chain organization including setting up a state-of-the-art logistics center that increased productivity contributing directly to improving profitability outpacing any competitor in the kosher market.
