I collaborate closely with customers, acting as an extension of their team, to develop strategic plans and provide guidance on executing these plans using our platform. How I support our customers: -Strategic Brand Development: Lead development and implementation of employer branding and talent marketing strategies aligned with organisational objectives -Content Creation: Generate engaging content for social media, blogs, email, videos, and employee testimonials to promote employer brand -Candidate Experience Optimisation: Enhance candidate experience from initial engagement to onboarding, ensuring alignment with employer brand -Employer Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, use data and analytics to measure and improve employer branding initiatives -Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Employer Brand, People, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Comms, and Leadership teams to align branding initiatives with organisational goals -External Activation: Advise on distribution channels like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, careers website, and other platforms for external talent engagement Additionally, I collaborate closely with our sales team to drive expansion and work with our tech and product teams to design features that meet our customers' needs.

x15 is a venture-scaler, powered by CommBank. They build, buy and invest in early stage startups that provide solutions for and benefit from the bank’s 16 million customers. To design and manage programs to enable their people to grow, enhance the brand, and attract opportunities and investments to the platform. Initially part of the Marketing & Growth team, before transitioning to People Experience due to a business restructure and a redesign of my role. In this role, my key focus areas were: Community Engagement: Worked on strengthening community engagement and NPS across x15 and its ventures. This included nurturing relationships between x15, our ventures, CBA and the ecosystem, creating partnership opportunities. I also designed and managed various events, from small gatherings to large-scale functions. People Experience: I focused on employee engagement through the creation of comprehensive insight surveys, analysis and program design. This involved creating rituals, DE&I, well-being and learning and development initiatives, implementing operational improvements, and strategising for new impactful people experience programs. Marketing, Brand, and Growth: I worked on various marketing and brand projects, including Employer Brand/EVP, new brand implementation, content creation, social media and internal communications. Additionally, I supported the investments team with deal flow and work on attracting partnerships and projects, particularly for the Xcellerate program.
Senior Manager of Founder Attraction, People Brand & Talent Acquisition | Australia

Antler is the investor backing the world’s most driven founders, from day zero to greatness. I led Founder Attraction and Talent for Australia. My role consisted of four key parts: Talent Attraction and Talent Brand: I led the end-to-end: attraction, assessment, recruiting and onboarding of founders joining the Pre-Launch program. I built out a variety of strategies to attract and assess over 1500 applications annually. These strategies for attraction included: talent marketing, strategic sourcing, events, community-driven initiatives and ambassador/referral programs. Over 9 cohorts, I successfully recruited over 500 founders with diverse skill sets and backgrounds, leading to the creation of 50 new businesses/investments. Community Engagement: I played a key role in fostering and engaging talent communities among different groups of diverse individuals. This included organising numerous external attraction events for various talent communities, generating interest in our programs. I also developed content and resources to engage them on a regular basis whilst also amplifying on socials. Talent Strategy and Coaching: I led the development of a recruitment best practice model. This involved designing effective interview processes, rubrics, and assessment techniques that resulted in successful team hires. I managed a talent network product, attracting applicants globally for us and portfolio companies. Additionally, I supported 100+ portfolio companies by providing guidance in hiring for various roles, conducting coaching sessions and masterclasses to help them build strong teams and startup cultures. Special Projects: I actively contributed to projects aimed at improving Antler’s value. This included building a new scouting model to streamline interview efficiency. Additionally, I led a talent brand research project focused on identifying specific Founder Archetypes, offering insights to guide our strategic decisions and for talent attraction efforts.
